of your project. It should be clear, concise, and
complete. Before signing make sure it contains:
Contractor's name, address, phone, and license number
(If required)
Payment schedule
Estimated start and completion date
Contractor's obligation to obtain all necessary permits
How change orders will be handled
What the contractor will and will not do
